The actual condition is usually that many educators are restrained by traditional teaching methods and habits, where teachers indoctrinate mechanically and students are caught in excessive assignments. The heavy burden and low efficiency have seriously hindered the improvement of teaching quality and are current problems that shall be settled urgently by most schools.
